Requirement for Bidder's reference:
From January 1, 2014 to the deadline for bidding (based on the time of contract signing), bidders should have at least one supply performance of the same model of gas turbine used in the bidding . From January 1, 2014 to the bidding deadline (based on the contract signing time), the manufacturer of the compressor used by the bidder in this bid should have at least one contract of compressor supply performance, with a processing medium of natural gas, and meet the technical requirements that the compressor processing capacity should not be less than 172x104Sm3/d.
Bidders must submit a gas turbine performance table in the prescribed format and provide relevant performance certification documents. The performance certification documents include but are not limited to: 1) a copy of the sales contract and 2) arrival acceptance materials signed or stamped by the user (arrival acceptance form or commissioning acceptance report or other valid proof materials that can prove that the goods under the contract have been received and accepted). The performance certification documents submitted by the bidder must at least reflect the following contents: contract signing time, contract signing page (domestic trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties), manufacturer name, goods name, gas turbine model, and arrival acceptance materials signed or sealed by the user. Failure to submit performance certification documents, or if the provided performance certification documents cannot reflect meeting the above performance requirements, shall be deemed as invalid performance.
If other parts of the bidding documents are inconsistent with the requirements of the announcement, the requirements of the announcement shall prevail.
