3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) The bidder must be an enterprise or other organization that is legally and financially independent, operates legally, and is independent of the tenderer and bidding agency;

(3) A copy or original credit certificate issued by the bidder's bank of account within three months prior to the bid opening date;
(4) Consortium bidding is not accepted for each package of this project.
