Overview:Shaanxi Coal Group Yulin Chemical Co., Ltd. 15 million tonnes / year demonstration project of clean and efficient conversion of coal fractionation olefins, aromatics and deep processing engineering phase I project 1 # PP plant using LyondellBasell Spheripol process, 2 # PP plant using LyondellBasell Spherizone process, two sets of equipment design capacity of 400,000 tons / year, both sets of extrusion granulation unit through the powder and additives mixing, melting, granulation and other processes to meet the performance indicators of different pellets. The design capacity of both units is 400,000 tonnes/year, and the extrusion pelletising unit of both units is one of the core equipments of the respective units through the processes of mixing, melting and pelletising of powder and additives, so as to meet the performance indexes of different pellets, which is crucial for ensuring the output and quality of the products.
Bidding Scope: The bidding is for 2 sets of extruder granulator sets for 1#, 2# polypropylene plant of Shaanxi Coal Group Yulin Chemical 15 million tonnes/year Coal Separation, Clean and Efficient Conversion Demonstration Project of Olefin, Aromatic Hydrocarbons and Deep Processing Engineering Phase I. The scope of the bidding includes the extruder equipment body and the additives. Including extruder equipment body and feed hopper, extruder barrel section, underwater pelletiser, main drive system, lubricating oil system of extruder main gear box, heat conduction oil unit, heat conduction oil heating of extruder barrel, heat conduction oil unit for heating, hydraulic oil system, cooling water system, water-pellet separator and lump material catcher, centrifugal dryer, and other ancillary equipment, such as the design, manufacture, inspection and test, rust prevention, painting, packaging, transport, barrel insulation, guidance Design, manufacture, inspection and test, rustproofing, painting, packaging and transport, cylinder insulation, installation guidance, personnel training (commissioning, start-up, operation manual), start-up and related technical services, as well as the provision of spare parts, special tools and technical information required for installation and maintenance.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1.1 The bidder shall be a legal person or other organisation established in accordance with the law, capable of independently assuming legal responsibility; domestic bidders shall provide a business licence (provide scanned copies), and overseas bidders shall provide documents certifying that they have been registered and established in accordance with the law (provide scanned copies).
3.1.2 Bidders are required to provide at least 2 sets of extrusion pelletising unit performance of polypropylene plant with annual production capacity of 400,000 tonnes and above that have been in operation for 2 years or more in the past 5 years, and without major operation quality accident records. Must provide a list of performance in line with the requirements (including project name, equipment type, process parameters and other information). (Bidders are required to provide scanned copies of the contract of the performance information, and are responsible for the authenticity of the performance, the scanned copies at least contain the contract cover, contract scope and signature page, etc.); bidders who are non-manufacturers must provide the sales performance of the brand manufacturer of the extrusion presses that they are acting as agents.
3.1.3 If the bidder is an agent, it is necessary to provide the manufacturer's authorisation for this project, and provide a scanned copy of the authorised manufacturer's business licence or proof of incorporation in accordance with the law.
3.1.4 Bidders are required to provide financial reports (including at least balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow statement) audited by accounting firms for the last three years (2021 to 2023) or provide scanned copies of credit certificates issued by the bidders' account banks within three months prior to the opening date of the bidding.
3.1.5 The bidder is not in the state of being ordered to suspend business, property being taken over, frozen, bankruptcy (subject to the commitment letter).
