3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) The bidder shall be a foreign enterprise with the ability to independently conclude contracts, a wholly foreign-owned enterprise registered in China, a Sino-foreign joint venture, or an agent authorized by it for the project.
(2) The company or domestic agencies can provide equipment installation, commissioning, training, technical guidance and other services.
(3) The bidder's product brand must have at least 3 similar performance of the same or more speed in China, and one of them must be the isobaric filling line of sparkling wine.
(4) If the bidder is an agent, it must be the manufacturer's agent in China, and the manufacturer's special authorization documents for the project must be provided.
(5) If the manufacturer directly participates in the tender, no agent authorized by the manufacturer shall be accepted to participate in the tender. If the agent participates in the tender, the same manufacturer can only issue one specific authorization letter for the project.
(6) The person in charge of the unit is the same person or there is a holding and management relationship between different units, shall not participate in the same tender project package bidding.
(7) Joint bid is not accepted for this project.
