3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) The bidder shall be a foreign enterprise with the ability to independently conclude contracts, a wholly foreign-owned enterprise registered in China, a Sino-foreign joint venture, or its authorized agent.
(2) The company or domestic agencies can provide equipment installation, commissioning, training, technical guidance and other services.
(3) If the bidder is an agent, it must be the manufacturer's agent in China (if the manufacturer is a foreign enterprise, the bidder must be the manufacturer's agent or subsidiary in China) and provide the manufacturer's special authorization documents for the project.
(4) If the manufacturer directly participates in the tender, no agent authorized by the manufacturer shall be accepted to participate in the tender. If the agent participates in the tender, only one authorization letter can be issued by the same manufacturer.
(5) The person in charge of the unit is the same person or there is a holding and management relationship between different units, shall not participate in the same tender project package bidding.
