3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) The manufacturer and its agent shall be independent legal entities or other organizations in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Tenders and Bids".
(2) The manufacturer shall have experience in developing and providing services for OPC/DFM as a software supplier.
(3) The manufacturer shall possess experience in installing, configuring, system integrating, and operating and maintaining OPC/DFM as a software supplier.
(4) The manufacturer must ensure that the OPC/DFM within the scope of this contract have been successfully implemented in two or more 12-inch semiconductor factories with technology nodes of 40nm or above.
(5) The bidder must obtain an exclusive manufacturer's authorization letter for this project issued by the OPC/DFM manufacturer (in case of bidding by an agent).
(6) The bidder must complete valid registration on the online platform designated by the Ministry of Commerce of China for providing public services and administrative supervision for international bidding activities for mechanical and electrical products (hereinafter referred to as the "Bidding Website", website:(http://zczfbike.com)http://zczfbike.com(http://zczfbike.com)) before the bid submission deadline.
